NEW RELEASES

How often do you release new collections?

We release new collections a few times a year, but are constantly adding new styles to each collection as time goes on. Each new collection should feel unique, and showcase its own character.

How can I find out about new releases?

New collections will be available on our website before you find them anywhere else - so be sure to check back. And if you want to be among the very first to know when the next collections and styles will be released, just sign up for the Journal, where we share behind-the-scenes info and advanced looks at new projects.

 

SHIPPING & PAYMENT

When will my order be shipped?

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12PM EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Can I change my address or edit my order once its been placed?

Let us know you’d like to make a change to your order by emailing us at support@daemwatches.com. Although we try to ship things out as quickly as possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return or exchange my order? 

It’s simple. You can start your return or exchange here.

DAEM offers free returns on all U.S. orders made within 30 days of purchase from daemwatches.com. If you are not satisfied with your DAEM products, you can easily return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging (including protective film/cover). Returns will be processed within 2-3 weeks of receiving them. Please note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Can I return items that I received as a gift? 

Of course. Email us at support@daemwatches.com with the purchaser’s full name and the names of the items you’d like to return. Products that are received as gifts are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. 


24-MONTH WARRANTY

Do your DAEM watches have a warranty? 

We’re proud of the quality and craftsmanship that has gone into producing DAEM watches. So much so that every DAEM watch carries a 24-month warranty. If, at any time, you find a manufacturing flaw or defect in your DAEM watch, we’ll repair or replace it for free.

Just email us at support@daemwatches.com and include your original order number as well as a description of the damage. Our team will quickly get in touch to repair or replace your watch.
